A Prayer of Belonging and Love

 

Loving God,

Today we are reminded that Your love knows no boundaries. You created each of us with care, purpose, and dignity, and You call us by name as Your beloved children.

In a world that can sometimes divide, judge, or exclude, help us remember that Your heart is wide enough for everyone. May those who have ever felt unseen, unworthy, different, or rejected know deep within their souls that they are loved beyond measure. Loved not for who others expect them to be, but for who they truly are.

May people of every background, every culture, every belief, every journey,  and every identity find a place of welcome, compassion, and understanding. Teach us to see one another through Your eyes- to lead with kindness, to listen with open hearts, and to honor the  sacred worth that lives within every person.

May this community be a refuge of acceptance, a place where people can come as they are, without fear, and discover that they are valued, respected, and embraced.

And may each person who reads these words carry with them this simple truth: You are loved. You are worthy. You belong. And nothing can seperate you from the boundless love of God.
